Track Change Thrive was developed for one mission – To help our users identify food related health symptoms.
Whether it is fatigue or a headache, there is a good chance the foods you are eating are the cause of your symptom(s), but it is very difficult to figure that on your own. Track Change Thrive (TCT) wants to be your partner on this journey. We use a two-pronged approach to find potential food-caused symptoms. The first approach focuses on nutrition correlations while the second identifies suspect foods associated to your symptoms.
Our focus on nutrition is different than you may think. Instead of blanket statements like“ eat a balanced meal”, we provide you with known nutrient (deficient or excess) correlations related to the symptoms you are experiencing. After you log a symptom, TCT provides a list of nutrients associated with that symptom. We then help you track your nutrient consumption so you can determine if one of the listed nutrients is the culprit. Moreover, if you need to make diet changes, we provide you a list of common foods that contain the specific nutrient you are targeting so you can make the appropriate adjustments (that is, eat less or more depending on your situation).
In parallel to the nutrional analysis, we use a proprietary algorithm to identify suspect foods that are correlated to your symptom. Over time, we evaluate your meal journal along with your symptom journal to identify one or all the following: suspect foods (e.g., ketchup), ingredients (e.g., tomato), or associated allergens (e.g., gluten, soy, dairy, etc.). We’ll even give you confidence levels on the suspect foods we list so that you can make an informative decision on which food(s) to consider eliminating first.
We understand that you may not always have symptoms you are trying to eliminate and that you are also concerned about things like balanced nutrition, protein intake, calorie counting, and goal setting. We built TCT to support these needs as well so you don’t have to use multiple apps on your health journey.
