Understanding the four areas of the Dashboard

Dashboard Overview

What you'll see when you open the Dashboard

The Dashboard was designed to provide TCT users a quick reference in four key areas:

  1. "Symptom-Nutrient Correlations"
    • This feature provides immediate feedback of known nutrient consumption associations to the symptom(s) logged. For instance, headaches are known to be caused by excessive consumption of Manganese or Zinc.
  2. "Suspect Foods Correlations"
    • This feature is one of the most powerful capabilities within TCT.  Using logged food consumption and symptoms data over a 30-day period, TCT will provide a rank order (highest being most likely suspect) of potential food, ingredient, or allergens that could be the cause of the symptom logged.
  3. "Your Nutrient Goals at a Glance"
    • This feature displays the daily consumption amounts of the specific nutrients a user wants to really focus on. Need more Zinc?  Worried about iron levels?  Simply add those nutrients as favorites to display here for quick reference.  Also, all Macro and micronutrient consumption data is quickly accessible from this feature.
  4. "Logging Frequency"
    • This 28-day rolling calendar provides a visual accounting of days foods and symptoms were logged.

Understanding how to interpret these four Dashboard areas is key for the journey to better health. Be sure to read the blogs describing each Dashboard area in more detail.

TCT's Dashboard was designed to provide actionable data for our users.  We would love to hear your feedback on how we can make it even better.  If you have an input or should you need any assistance, please contact us at Track Change Thrive Support. We also encourage you to leave a review at our App Store page.
