Your Nutrients AT A Glance
This section of the Dashboard provides the user with real-time consumption data so that necessary daily diet changes to meet goals can easily be made.
What to expect when you open the Dashboard
You'll see two areas in this section: A selectable "See All Nutrients" card and a "Current Goal Profile" card.
- The "See All Nutrients" navigation card is always available and is selectable immediately. If selected, the user will navigate to the macro and micronutrient page where that day's consumption data is available for all macro and micronutrients.
- The "Current Goal Profile" card is just below the "See All Nutrients" card and will display the name of the current goal profile (for example, "Current Goal Profile: Rob Slim". When you first open the dashboard the goal will be "Standard Goal Profile". The standard goal profile is created based upon the demographic data you provided when signing up. However, users can create numerous goal profiles based upon and can select the particular goal profile favorite data they want displayed on the Dashboard. Within each goal profile, the user can select favorite nutrients they want to monitor and once selected, the consumption data for those specific nutrients will now be displayed on the Dashboard. If no favorite nutrients have been selected in the user's goal profile, a note stating "It looks like you don't have any favorites for this goal. You can go to the goal profile editor to select favorite nutrients" will be displayed.
Selecting nutrients as favorites for the Dashboard
If the user wants to see specific nutrient consumption data on the Dashboard, simply navigate to the Goal Profile page, select the goal profile you want to identify favorites in (see Notes below), select the vitamin or mineral tab, and "star" the vitamins or minerals you want to monitor. These items will now appear on your Dashboard with real-time consumption data. You will need to identify favorites for each of the unique Goal Profiles you create.
Notes
- Goal Profiles. TCT allows users to establish as many goal profiles as you need. This provides flexibility for monitoring macro and micronutrient intake based upon varying health goals throughout the year. Since these are unique goal profiles, users must select the nutrients they want to monitor on the Dashboard for each of them.

The "Your Nutrients AT A Glance" section on the Dashboard provides the user with a quick reference of specific nutrient intake data and a link to the daily macro and micronutrient consumption page which lists consumption of all nutrients.
